Is there a minimum order amount? The minimum order is $300 for Will Call and $450 for delivery. This helps us make sure every order gets the love and attention it deserves.

What payment methods do you accept? We currently accept Zelle and bank bill payments. If paying by check, payment must be received at least one week before your rental date. Please note there is a $30 fee on returned checks.

Is a deposit required? We require a 50% retainer to secure your items. We also charge a non-refundable 10% Damage Waiver Fee on your rental total. We recommend booking early — our one-of-a-kind pieces go fast!

Do you deliver or do I have to pick up? Both! You can choose Will Call (you pick up and return yourself) or we can deliver, set up and pick everything up for you. We love making it as easy as possible!

What do you charge for delivery? Delivery starts at $195 and covers up to 30 miles round trip. Beyond that we'll work out the details together. Early deliveries before 7:00am or late pickups after 7:00pm are an additional $200.

How far in advance should I book? As early as possible! Our handpicked vintage pieces are one of a kind and popular items go quickly. We recommend booking as soon as your event date is set to avoid missing out on your favorites.

Can I make changes to my order after booking? Yes! You can make changes up to 7 days before your event date. This gives us time to make sure everything is perfect and error-free for your big day.

What happens if something gets damaged? We charge a 10% Damage Waiver Fee on your rental total which covers normal wear and tear — think accidental broken glassware, dented trays or minor scratches. It's our way of making sure you can relax and enjoy the party without stress!
