Frequently Asked Questions

DO YOU REQUIRE A MINIMUM RENTAL AMOUNT? Yes. There is a minimum rental order of $150 for Will Call if you are picking up, and a minimum $300 of rentals for delivery. 

WHAT IS THE LENGTH OF THE RENTAL? Our rental rates are for one day events. We allow our Will Call Clients to pickup their rentals the day before their event and return the items the business day after their event. If we are delivering your rentals, we will arrange the times and location once your rental is confirmed. If you need items longer, please let us know.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT? At this time we accept Zelle and bill payments through your bank. Bill payment checks must be received  one week before the rental date. There will be a $30 service fee on all returned checks. 

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY CONFIRMED RESERVATION? You may change your order up to 7 days before the Reservation Date. This timeframe is needed to reduce any errors that could result from last minute changes. If your rental total increases, an additional deposit amount may be required. 

DO YOU CHARGE A DAMAGE WAIVER FEE? Yes - we charge a Damage Waiver Fee of 10% of your rental order (excluding Delivery and Service Fees.) The Damage Waiver Fee covers rental items that have minor damages caused by normal wear and tear usage that our products may endure during your event. Examples of normal wear and tear may include accidental broken glassware or chinaware, stained linen (not from candle wax), dented trays, or scratched flatware.

The Damage Waiver Fee is non-refundable and cannot be waived.

DO YOU OFFER WILL CALL? Yes. Most of our rentals are available for Will Call. Depending on the size of your order, most of our items will fit in a car or SUV. If your order is sizable we will discuss what type of vehicle is needed. Arrangements for pick up will be made once your order has been confirmed.

WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY?

Basic Delivery and Pickup Fees start at $175.00 for delivery and pickup based on covering 30 miles per round trip. Distances beyond this will be additional and discussed on an as needed basis. Before 7:00am Delivery and after 7:00pm pick will incur an additional $100 fee.

Premium delivery/set-up and pickup/removal means Wild Patina Events will deliver and set up rental merchandise in the requested location/s based on an additional fee based on amounts rented and distance of unloading to set-up location. Wild Patina Events will also pickup from the places the rental merchandise was placed for set-up. Additional fees may apply for difficult access to location.

WILL YOU USE PHOTOS FROM MY EVENT FOR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES? Yes! We would love to take photos of your event and use for marketing our product. If you have concerns about this please tell us in advance so we can work out an agreement.
